Time and Materials (T&M)

  • This is a perfect fit for companies that may only need our services on an as-needed basis.  Generally businesses with standard telephony needs select this option. 

Enterprise Level Support

Our Enterprise Service Contracts cover labor and applicable PBX equipment which includes system cards and power supplies for mission critical applications where time is of the essence. We will recommend  a customized PBX crash kit for your companies backups.  Contracted customers receive immediate remote support and/or onsite support within 2 hours.

  • Minimum contract term: 3 months

Remote Support

Remote access, when allowed/provided by you, the client, allows our technicians to quickly address issues and possibly resolve them immediately. Support is provided byeither having direct access to the client system, by phone or via an ACD TELECOM
LogMeIN rescue session. This option is provided for all service support levels.
  • Remote support is billed in 1 hour  increments. Remote support is 85.00 per hour.
